For over 25 years, my job has been telling stories.

As a journalist, I work for Sky News having gained experience at the BBC, ITV and Channel 5. I anchor from the studio and report from the field, in places where the biggest decisions are made, and others that are dangerous and hostile.

I’ve also been a partner at leading London public relations agency Freuds, where I worked with well-known names from sport, business and politics. I learned the skills to coach and train people to also be better communicators.

Outside of the studio, I regularly host and moderate discussions with others, and occasionally join the debate myself at round-tables. I’ve toured theatres too, and led talks at Davos during the World Economic Forum, worked at COPs in Glasgow and Dubai, and in New York City with clients during the UN General Assembly meeting.

I love what I do, and never stop learning.

What I Do

  • Journalism

Over three decades, journalism has taken me to some of the best-known newsrooms and places where stories happen around the World.

  • Presenting

Meeting interesting people is what fascinates me the most. On stage or on camera, I’ve heard from genuine legends of their respective fields.

  • Coaching

Having learned to be comfortable in front of audiences, delivering with impact, I draw satisfaction from helping others do the same.
