Presenting
On Stage
On stage or on camera, in cities around the world, I’ve heard incredible stories from genuine legends of their respective fields, like Arnold Schwarzenegger and Nile Rodgers. I’ve even done a theatre tour with Sir Bradley Wiggins, and hosted the biggest night in my industry, the Royal Television Society Journalism Awards.
More and more, I share my insight and experience by moderating and appearing on panel discussions too, as well as hosting other live events. There’s nothing like the excitement and atmosphere of being on stage in front of thousands.
That said, I enjoy moderating smaller gatherings too like round-tables and fireside chats. Having been on both sides of organising these, for clients in my previous job and hosting them for others in places like Davos during the World Economic Forum or in New York City when the United Nations General Assembly has been meeting, means I have a rare and empathetic perspective on making these a success that separates me from others.
The 93% Club is something I feel passionate about too, and support its aims to boost the chances of state-school educated people in the UK which as the name suggests, are the vast majority. As you can see from the images below, I’ve helped out by hosting discussions and classes on stage for them.
